PRIVATE PARTIES
Whatever the occasion, we want to help make your event special. Each space offers a small shelter, serving tables, and picnic tables. Also included is a propane grill and some games like giant connect four. Each of our locations is unique but what they all share is a lakeside space that will help bring people together. We look forward to hosting your special event!
Wingra
Wingra has two event spaces:

The 'Grill Area' for up to 30 people.

The 'Camp Area' for 10 to 100+.
All spaces come with a propane grill, grilling utensils, serving tables, picnic tables, and a few games.
GRILL AREA PRICE: $75 Weekdays (3 hrs.)
$150 Weekends (4 hrs.)
CAMP AREA PRICE: $150 Weekdays (3 hrs.)
$200 Weekends (4 hrs.)
NOTE: IF YOUR GROUP PLANS TO HAVE AMPLIFIED SOUND OR ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM PARKS DEPT.
Marshall
Marshall's Roof Top Patio is amazing. Wonderful for 20 or 200 this vista over Lake Mendota offers unparallel views.
The patio comes with a propane grill, grilling utensils, serving tables, picnic tables, and a few games.
PRICE: $150 Weekday Evenings (3 hrs.)
$200 Weekends (4 hrs.)
OPTION: Add a captained pontoon boat. Email requests at least 14 days in advance.
NOTE: IF YOUR GROUP IS OVER 50 - OR PLANS TO HAVE AMPLIFIED SOUND OR ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES YOU MUST BOOK THE MARSHALL SHELTER FROM PARKS DEPT.
Brittingham
Brittingham's new private event area is perfect for up to 40 people. For groups over 40 please email in advance. The space comes with a propane grill, grilling utensils, serving tables, picnic tables, and a few games.
PRICE: Weekday and Weekend Pricing are around $50 per hr.
NOTE: IF YOUR GROUP PLANS TO HAVE AMPLIFIED SOUND OR ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM PARKS DEPT.
Cancellation Policy
Should you choose to cancel or change the date of your event, our policies are as follows:

More than 1 week before the event: re-book at no cost OR receive a 100% refund on event space, boat rental, and catering fees.

Within 1 week of the event: re-book at no cost with a 15% upcharge on catering fees OR receive an 80% refund on event space and boat rental fees with no refund on catering fees.

Less than 48 hours before the event: $50 re-booking fee with a 15% upcharge on catering fees, no refunds for a full cancellation.
Weather Cancellations
If your event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, we provide the following options:

Our basic catering package includes a brat/hot dog bar with the option to add veggie burgers, salad, veggie platter, watermelon, chips and dip, brownie bites, and ice cream sandwiches.
MOREINFO
Each of our three locations are in public parks. We help create a special place for your event, however, all spaces should be considered semi-private as all people are welcome at Madison Parks.
Also, note you DO NOT have to book our space to have a party at any of these locations. We love groups, gatherings, and soirees of all kinds. We have created this service to help make it easier for you. But please feel free to grab the picnic tables in the park and do your thing. As always let us know if you need anything.
Got something BIG in mind? A company bbq, a wedding, an anniversary? Send us an email with your thoughts and we will do what we can. It is useful to know that outdoor events often do not save a lot of money once you factor in sheltering people from the elements. That being said they can be uniquely magical!
