Boat House Crew
General Job Description:
To meet the needs of the guests and members who come to rent boats, buy concession food, or ask questions about the Boat Houses. Boat House crew will assist guests in and out of boats, maintain boats and Boat House premises, and add to the friendly atmosphere of Wingra, Brittingham, or Marshall Boats.
~12 - 20 hrs per week with $10-12 starting pay including tips.
Shift Lead
General Job Description:
As part of the Madison Boats team you will be responsible for many tasks. These include helping our customers find the right paddling equipment and launching their boats, assisting with keeping the boathouse properties clean and in good shape for our customers and community members, serving basic concession style food, and operating the POS (point of sale) system, and much more. Additionally, for our shift leads, we are looking for those comfortable stepping into a leadership role. There will also be opportunities to assist with planning and running our many events held throughout the summer.
Expectations: In this role you are expected to work closely with the management team of your boat house to ensure smooth daily operations and stellar special events. You will be expected to perform every aspect of the job ranging from normal, team-based crew duties to independently leading shifts of fellow team members.
~30 - 40 hrs. per week with starting pay of $10-14 starting pay including tips.
