Registered class participants will get a free shuttle from Olin Park to the Reebok Fit Barge. Brittingham Boats will also have paddle crafts at Olin Park – just make sure to leave plenty of extra time to paddle out to the Fit Barge before your class starts. Sure, when there is not a class in session, stop by. Paddle or powerboats, rafts and floats of all styles are welcome.

First Responder 400
(Still spots left! You do not need to be a first responder to attend)
First responders (firefighters, EMTs and medics) need to be prepared physically for any and all situations. Proper workouts help first responders prepare for their job physically and also help them cope emotionally. To help support our first responders, the Fit Barge staff have worked with Aaron Zamzow from the Madison Fire Department to create the First Responder 400. Come participate with other first responders and perform this challenging and rewarding 400 rep workout. This workout is
versatile and adaptable, it does not require a lot of equipment and the exercises can be modified to meet the needs of all fitness levels. The workout involves a quick active warm-up that will get you moving better and ready for the next 400 reps. The workout itself involves mainly bodyweight exercises and includes some movements that first responders do every day to meet the demands of their job (crawls, pulls, slams).
